Our History
Lion's Love of Liberia was established in January of 2018 as a Christian non-profit charitable organization. During a medical mission trip to Monrovia, Liberia in the fall of 2017 a group of Christian short term medical missionaries was overwhelmed by the health care needs of the country.
The Liberia health care system had been crippled
Lion's Love of Liberia was established in January of 2018 as a Christian non-profit charitable organization. During a medical mission trip to Monrovia, Liberia in the fall of 2017 a group of Christian short term medical missionaries was overwhelmed by the health care needs of the country.
The Liberia health care system had been crippled by a civil war during the 1990's to early 2000's made worse by the Ebola virus outbreak of 2014. After seeking Gods direction on the question of "what should we do" and much prayer, Lions Love of Liberia was created and dedicated to the will of Our Lord
